Pioneer car DVD worth Rs. 28500/- from JK Camrea World malfunctioning

Dear Sir,I received car DVD at the cost of Rs. 28500/- from power seller JK Camera World. I paid by paisa pay. I returned the DVD same day on 26/04/10 by blue dart courier to m/s JK Camera world, cheenai as the seller told me to send back the car DVD for replacement. The problem is the screen of the car DVD tape is having patches on it when turned on. Also the pixels resolution of the screen is damaged or very poor. Today the seller after receiving the car DVD back to him says that he had checked the item before sending and my installation person could have made wrong connections because of which the screen got damaged. But this is not so.The car DVD installation is very very simple for an expert person like him and the installation person does this job on regular basis every day. Daily he fits at least 20 to 25 tapes in car.Hardly 3 to 4 wires need to be connected to take trials with 12V power supply which already exists at car tape specialist's shops. I have not given feedback for this item and not given delivery receipt on ebay.in Kindly advice what can be done in this matter.Shopping on ebay is an enjoyable experience but it is dependent on seller's honest committment and it's fulfilling by supplying proper functionable product to the buyer.This has not happened in my case. I am wasting time in follow up to get the delivery of the item purchased. Now the seller is in Cheenai and I am in Nasik. Thank you so much for paying attention to my query even though you are not connected with it.
Thanks for the feedback.
Online shopping is a great fun and enjoyable experience.
But some sellers it seems don't take due care for customer satisfaction.
They forget that customer is a key to run the business with continuous rising volumes. I am also a businessman and understand this and behave accordingly with my customers.
It is a pity that the some sellers don't even bother to express the apology to customers in case of dissatisfaction of the product purchased due to malfunctioning of it.
This is the acute problem in India as far as online shopping is concerned. Sellers know there are plenty of buyers and nothing happens if one customer get dissatisfied or harrassed with the service provided.
This problem is because of some irresponsible sellers only. Ebay.com is a big name in online shopping which is why we are attracted to it over other online shopping portals. Sellers should resepct the value of Ebay.com image and customers's views. That is all I can say.

Dear all, now I am happy with the seller. The seller provided brand new replacement and it is working fine. I lost Rs 1255/- extra as an octroi during receiving replacement but it is ok as I received functionally ok item at last.
