Sir,
Could you kindly bear me a reply. I want justice. I want to mention point by point as what happened.
1. The item received on 24 Sep 16 and the item was not in order purchase and accepted by the seller and asked me return it.
2. The item was collected from my home by the courier fixed by the courier.
3. The item duly reached the destination.
4. But the dealer not accepted the item and refused to accept it and seller managed the courier company to hold it for more than 2 months.
5. I float more than 25 emails under banner of ebay who should be equally responsible for the customer care whereas in my case they say only the time is over.
6. Who is responsible for time delay.
7. If on my part of delay I am ready to accept the consequences. But I being senior citizen how long I was fighting for it.
8.It is very clear the fault and responsibility lies on the seller.
9. If I would delay in despatch then I accept the loss otherwise not.
10. It is a clear cut scandal by the seller together with courier company.
11. Last and final if you want to punish poor 64 years old customer.
12. Go ahead.
13. God is great. I put all my worries to the God. If God's will is there I will get my money back.
14. But under any circumstances I will not accept the item back.
15. I have also plan to knock at legal doors.
16. Surely I will be justified.
17. Before you reply me please open my ebay email boxes and you will
know the truth.
18. Truth will win.
Now the customer care services doors are closed stating that the time is over I cannot have correspondence for the said item. Is it a fair deal when a deal is under correspondence and how can you take a decision to close it.
Actually you have to return the cost of the item plus charges for my mental agony.
