I made an online purchase on 2nd Jan and paid thru my HDFC bank account, the payment is debited from my account on 2nd itself but still reflects as Payment pending thru Paisa Pay Pay paisa ID 30503429313
The customer service nos are not reachable only connected to IVRS, the chat showed a wait time of 22 min yesterday, finally connected today the executive after a long delay cud only ask me to wit for one more day
I regularly use online shopping sites like Flipkart, Yebhi etc and the shipments were made the next day.I am quite disappointed with the slow response and poor service from eBay.
Is this normal? When can I expect my product to be despatched? I need a clear date
