I have already sold More than 10 items and recently started auctioning products but what I have had a very bad experience with it as people bid for an item and after winning it they do not give the payment.If asked either they dont reply at all or they make some or the other excuse for not making any payment.I loose the listing amount for the product for all these days and on top of that there is no payment. I would request ebay to look into this matter and make some concrete changes.

Welcome to the club, brother! I faced the same problem and got fed up. So, now I sell all my items at fixed price.

@adityak2001...
The first neutral feedback that you have received is for fooling the buyer, you told the buyer you have sold the camera but the real fact is that it got sold for 800/- which you found low so you did not give it to the buyer and you have listed the same camera again for 1200/-. This is out right cheating.
Buyers when they come to your page read all this and form an impression about you. Don't do such things if you want to be on ebay for long time.

If you have to sell, you just have to bear with them. Don't you get buyers in your physical shop, who would spend an hour with you bargaining, and then escape making an excuse.
Regarding your seller fees, you can get a credit after closing unpaid item case in the resolution center, if the item is not paid by the buyer.
I know it is annoying but as sellers we have to keep ourselves calm.
