Payment made on 3rd June'05 but till date I am not received my Cordless phone. Iis my 5th Reminders.
I want to know why this thing hapenned? Why not you people send my item after received the payment? If you people are not sending the item, then return my money by D.D. in my address.
Otherwise tell me what should I do? Should I go the the Consumer Court? You people not compel me to do that.
Your immediate action should be appreciated.
