
Payment has been rejected by payment gateway

Hi all,
I paid using my ICICI credit card for a Mobil Rs. 13,975.00. I got a Email from Ebay stating that paisapay will process the order only after the verification. Scanned copy of front Side Card was sent for Verification. After two days, again I got a Email from Ebay that "Payment has been rejected by payment gateway ".
On enquiry they informed me that " due to a technical problem with the current card used for this transaction, the payment could not be processed and had to be rejected.". They advise me to buy the Item with a different card.
I do not have another card and I can not take risk of doing transaction with the same card for being rejected and amount being debited for a long time.
I have no idea what to do. or Stop transacting Ebay.

Hi Indraneel,
I too faced a similar issue. I had a buyer who promptly made the payment however the payment got rejected due to technical reasons. I spoke with customer service and they asked me to request the buyer to again make the payment with the same or different card.
Why is this issue so frequent these days? IS there a technical snag. Would you please look in to this
