NOTE: Image shown above is Indicative only, Color or Model may differ from the picture shown (Features will remain same or More)

This is what all buyers see below almost all Product Description. I feel this is being used as a tool by every Seller to show a GOOD PRODUCT and send a product of LESSER QUALITY. Most of them does not even give out the BRAND NAME.

The Seller should be instructed to give the COMPLETE DETAILS OF THE PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT SEEN IN THE PICTURE MUST BE SENT AND MUST NOT DIFFER.

Because of this many sellers show the same product in the picture + same description but have different rates. How can we choose the best product ?

I purchased a GLUE GUN from a Power Seller. I picked the costliest one but it doesn't seem to be. The power cord (wire) is just 1.5 feet in length. With this length I can only use the product within the Switch Board. Moreover, the body and the wire is of very poor quality. Because of the NOTE (Image shown above is Indicative only, Color or Model may differ from the picture shown (Features will remain same or More), I am unable to raise a query.

So eBay must instruct the sellers to
1. POST THE SAME PICTURE
2. BRAND NAME
3. COMPLETE DESCRIPTION
4. SEND THE SAME PRODUCT
5. NO SELLER SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO POST A NOTE LIKE THIS.

This is one of the reasons I left ebay.in, too many fraud buyers are listed on ebay site and ebay is least bothered because they always get their share.

Because of this I am afraid to buy any thing without Brand Name, Model No, Specification, etc.

I even wanted to buy a fake currency detector and requested the Seller to give few details about the product long long back. But the Seller has not turned up yet.

Now how should I take this :

1. The product does not have the qualities which I asked for ?

or

2. The Specifications given by the Seller are Fake.

Dear Mr. Dr. Shamim A. Hassan (Khobar Saudi Arabia),

Did you mean "FRAUD BUYERS" or "FRAUD SELLERS".

How do you call a buyer "FRAUD", when he/she has paid for the product and did not return or claim for a new one.
