Payment charged on my card

I have just made a payment of 22,787.00 which reflects in my American Express card for item GEB3209302371162 ( Epson Ink Cartridge) but said that payment was not made and to try again. i did the same and again paid Rs 20,508.00 .. i got confirmation from the bank that payment was made, but it has not reflected in paisapay. kindly look into the matter and refund me my money for the above item.
