Payment Not yet authorized by Paisa Pay , disgusting

Hi It has been a long time and after 8 emails to the customer service of ebay, i have not yet got the resolution to my problem. The problem was that ebay considers Rs. 2500 to be a high value payment through Credit Card. Though it is good because they say that they do not want the card to be misused. But when the card owner himself is writing 8 mails, then why not? the customer service says that they tried to reach my mobile but it was not reachable. ALL FALSE... i am working in a very responsible and a respectable position where my phone is always ringing... irony is that i am from a customer service background, and i have not got a solution to my problem yet... it has been more than 32 hrs that my payment authorization is still stuck due to which the seller has not got the money resulting in no delivery.... consequence can be that the seller gives me a negative rating for non payment on time... i will have a bad name in the ebay community... This is disgusting and i will have to rethink about doing business with ebay after this transaction is cleared. all the members of ebay want a phone no. so that any one can get in touch with the customer service... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ... I AM VERY VERY UNHAPPY... AND THIS HAD TO HAPPEN AFTER 3 LONG MEMBERSHIP YEARS AND WITH 7 POINTS IN MY KITTY...

Dear Mr. Dasgupta,
I think with your mobile remaining busy, they can just SMS you to confirm the details or ask for a suitable time to call, after all the SMS will be recd in the same mobile and its a much cheaper alternative (though involve little charge for the customer to send reply) !!
Hope your seller would definitely understand your situation.
