Payment Made, but not received Product!!!!

I had made payment for two products:
[Item number: 8207147368,8207343470]
[Item title: Premium Sunglass going at 1 Re!!,Underworld Sunglasses at 1 Re!!!!]eBay Member: esourceenterprises.
I also received a confirmation mail from the seller that the product has been shipped on Aug 13...
So i request you to look into this issue and reply to my query..I would also like to get your contact adress/ph.no. in BANGALORE.
