PayPal And other Payment Options

Hi,
I have been trying to sell on ebay.in for quite some time now.My question is when i'm trying to list a product, how can i add PayPal(i've been using PaisaPay until now) as an additional option for international buyers.Because I dont find PayPal as an option on ebay.in!

Also, Someone said something about registering your IEC code with your nationalised bank. Not Sure about it yet!

Can Somebody give detailed solutions for both the problems.

@NatureBreed: I think to IMPORT & EXPORT you need IEC code thats why as per Indian Govt Regulations.

do not worry about PayPal, whenever you will list any product for International listing, you will be always having the option to register your paypal email id. Best Regards
