Hello,
I am getting flase promise everyday by ebay claim dept and customer care every day when called to ebay.
I register the refund claim 422247 PaisaPay ID: 35780883151, as the product seal was broken when recived.
Every day i was promised that a lady Nilofer will call and arrange the pick of the product for the seller and initiate refund process.
This is never happening.
28th Feb 2014 - Claim was opened
06th Mar 2014 - when called customer care, Prakash from claim dept promised that Nilofer will call back and arrange the pick up as per ebay policy. This did not happen
07th Mar 2014 - Customer care executive promised Nilofer will call in 10 mins for further processing. This also never happended
08th Mar 2014 - Chinmay from claim dept again promised that Nilofer is on leave and she will contact me tomorrow.
My qns is if Nilofer is not capable of handling all this request why ebay is not asking any other person to do her job.
This is a pathetic service from Ebay India which is not expected from a global service provider.
Are you guys are not capable to handle customer complain and calling ebay is pain. to understand all the problem again again it takes 30 to 40 mins every day and with out any result
