replacement of damaged guitar

claim id *** paisa pay id *** item no *** guitar was damaged in transportation,so asked for replacement or refund,they told me they will pick up the product ,now they say fedex transportation is not available in gulbarga ,karnataka,they asked me to ship the product & they will refund the transportation charges,but i dont hav time to ship so please arrange the pickup & replace the guitar Thanks....

if you really want this problem to get solved, do ship it as soon as possible. and get your replacement/ refund.

i know it's pain, but it some times happen and have to face it.
