Pathetic customer support: Dont use this site

I had purchased items worth Rs 30,000 few months ago and was supposed to get 1 TB hard disk as gift. I have not recieved.

1. The Chat option is NEVER ACTIVE and directs us to another set of menu with some FAQs
2. I had been writing these people but have not recieved any reply.
3. The e-mail and telephone options are not working today so I have to use this option.

Here I see there are many persons like me and things are pathetic.

My experience with other sites have been good e.g. LETSBUY

Dear e-bay representative. I am not one of the customers who would take it lying down. I will use legal remedies and social media methods to spoil your name. Dont be over-confidant of your brand value. It gets spoilt faster than you can blink
