Against below mentioned paisapay id I placed an order for Dell Wireless mouse which stopped functioning after 1 day. I raised a claim against below mentioned claim id but claim was closed without my consent & I was asked to approach Dell Service Center. I went Dell Service Center & they asked me to pay Rs 1000/- which I refused obviously. I contacted eBay for this & they are keep on asking me to visit Dell & speak to them.
I mean why ?? Why would I contact Dell again & again ??
