I got telephone call and eBay directed me to remove the COD from my listing.When I asked why, they said COD is allowed only to certain restricted sellers at the discretion of the eBay. CC informed that if a seller offers COD and the eBay allows when listing, then that seller is permitted to use COD. But eBay @ Mumbai, not CC, directed me to remove COD giving threats of action. I am unable to understand what the eBay means. No where eBay explained who is logistic partner to accept PaisaPay COD and collect the parcels from seller for shipping. The learning page asks us to go to Paisapay Dash Board under MY eBay, but no such page is available. How to get a logistic partner to use COD/Paispay COD and handover the shipment?
