Paisapay pending issues

Hi Ebay,
I made a purchase using internet banking facility. But when I see the status of the order it say "The item is pending payment through paisapay". The money has been deducted from my bank account.
I have sent my account statement along with all other details to paisapaydocs@ebay.com.

Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

How long should I wait for you to process the paisapay?. I m' losing hope on you. The money has been deducted from the bank account and why its not getting processed from paisapay.

Things like this really make us feel bad for choosing ebay. I called customer care, sent mail to paisapaydocs@ebay.com, posted on ebay community, still you people havent taken up my issue seriously.
