I have been using the ebay.com website for almost a year and my credit card is linked to paypal and working perfectly. Today I decided to buy an item on ebay.in and successfully committed to buy an item but to my utter dismay found that every time I try to use my credit card on paisapay I get the message 'Your PaisaPay credit / debit card payment cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type.'
Why is this happening, and what do I do now as none of the other payment methods are practical for me except paying with credit card and I already tried two of my cards and I get the same problem.
