Come on guys! You need a reboot... You system is really pretty bad! Very time it is too late. One of my credit card payment is pending since last March 5, 2006.

I LOVE THIS MESSAGE.

This item is pending payment through PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID 16501813566). Payment was sent on 05-Mar-2006.

You guys really need to understand onething. Things like this is a financial loss for Seller and also your eBay India. Support system for Paisapay is the same, no reply...

Come guys, eBay India is the 4th fastest growing marketplace, you guys really need to a step ahead in every aspect.

Hi,

Some payments gets hold when the verification by the bank doesn't satisfy.

I too have a pending amount of Rs.106.82/- which the transaction is on 02-Aug-2005.

You can always clarify with the PaisaPay team regarding this issue.

Hello,

Pending Payments through Paisapay is the most difficult aspect of Selling.

Its too difficult for a Seller to convince the Buyer about the delay.

Un-necessary mails stating the cause of delay, has to be sent to the Buyers.

Paisapay should devise ways so that the state of pending payment is not more than 24 hours in any case.

Hi,

Paisa Pay must atleast show the same payment confirmation awaited sign (Hour-glass)to the buyers so that they know that the seller has not received the confirmation of payment , hence, the delay in shipment, if any, due to such delay in confirmation is not attributable to the seller. Best Regards 😄

GUYS. I have already clocked 10 days for this. Poor buyer, calls up on my mobile, everyday and asks me whether it has been cleared or what. Atleast this guys is better than other buyer. Some buyer buy the products and instruct the credit card company to cancel the transaction because they didn't do it.

Come Guys! Please respect the buyer's Commitment. Or else just clear say what is the status of the payment to the buyer, atleast he will sleep happily.

Yes, PaisaPay needs to improve. Buyers think that the payment has done and they have the right to ask to dispatch the product.

Atleast PaisaPay should notify the buyers that the payment is in pending.

This brings the buyer a confidence that the seller is genuine. ---------------
