I had through the dealer Sandisk 32GB and Sandisk16GB. The seller informed that he has shipped vide DTDC and a tracking number was given. After 10 days as I had not received the items I checked with DTDC and they informed that the tracking number is incorrect and is bogus.
I had made payment on 30th Jan 2016.
As I had not received the items until 8th Feb 2016, I had sent a request for refund.of Rs. 598.00 .
I received an SMS asking me to confirm whether the items had been received and I informed them that I have not received the same.
Till now no refund have been made .
Now I receive that the refund has been put on hold as the seller has appealed . In your portal it is mentioned that the seller is unregistered.a screen shot is attached.
Please inform me the detials.
Please inform whetehr I have to file a police complant against the seller and your portal.
