I paid for an item using my credit card 4 days back and the status is still "Payment in process".
I want to cancel my order now.

Dear amarshail,
Thank you for posting your concerns on this forum and we appreciate your effort.
I'd like to inform you that the payment has been processed and it has already been approved by our PaisaPay team. The delay in doing so was due to our verification process which is essential to ensure marketplace safety.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard and we hope that you will only end up smiling and having a good buying experience.
Keep Posting!!

I have had the same experience as Amar. I paid by credit card and emailed the docs asked for within an hour also spoke to paisapay to confirm.
It's now 5 days, and the order has not been processed, nor has there been any response to 4 emails and 2 calls on this matter.
I will certainly not use Paisapay again in future. If this order is not completed to satisfaction in time, I will cancel it.

I have more than 100,000 stuck with Paisa Pay
written a 100 times
you can check the link to know the whole story and I still await a response from ebay & PaisaPay
http://forums.ebay.in/thread.jspa?threadID=500002720&anticache=1228816489815
don't use paisa pay to make or receive payment
You will always be in problems & silly excuses from the team
Also a Note to eBay: they don't have genuine reason to provide for it. Just some funny fake attempts to block account and money
My worst ever experince.

Till date I didn't face any problem in buying items on e-bay India.
Bu I paid for some items in last night (03.01.2009) using my credit card back and I got the status message as "Your PaisaPay payment is pending authorisation by PaisaPay Customer Support. You paid the order total of Rs. 5,720.00 using credit card (Rs. 5,434.00) and eBay gift voucher KB0KCR7S9C (Rs. 286.00) .
The seller(s) will not ship the item(s) till this payment is authorised. ".
I sent my credit card statement to e-bay customer support last night itself. Today I'm trying to reach them on their so called 24/7, 365 days call center. Nobody is answering the call.
God knows whether I'll receive the items on time or i'll be like one of you guys who are facing problem.

I fail to understand what security is in place by sending scanned statements or credit cards. I dont have a scanner and will need to go to a net cafe to have the documents scanned. A netcafe computer may have 10000 viruses and trojans installed. The moment i scan, my file will be sent to a lot of people. It is wrong to assume everyone has a scanner at home. GET A BETTER PROCESS IN PLACE ebay. Paypal is much more better.
