PaisaPay problems - better not to use it.

I have been facing enough problems with paisapay now that I feel like leaving ebay forever.
Few days back, my paisapay payment was lost on the way (strange) : PaisaPay ID : 24631491334
Then again in another transaction, the item was not shipped and paisapay again took sometime to refund the amount. PaisaPay ID:24663054642
Today I purchased an item and paid by paisapay, the message in my ebay account shows : Transaction being processed ! even though I had paid using netbanking. PaisaPay ID: 24742842244
With such kind of service from paisapay, it's actually better to make some efforts and search elsewhere for the items rather than buying on ebay with paisapay and then waiting for the problems to be solved.

Follow Up to the original posting :
I called up 1800-209-3229 (customer care for ebay). I was told that usually it takes upto 24 hours for the processing but sometimes it may take upto 48 hours. When I pointed out that it was already over 48 hours, the person who attended the call understood the matter and informed me that he was sending the matter to higher persons.
I was given a reference number (00218153) and was told to check back after another 24 hours.
Ebay PaisaPay is the worst system I have encountered till now in terms of payment times and resolution of problems.

Another follow-up call as suggested by the customer care ! Today I have been told that it takes upto 7 days. This timeline keeps changing everytime I contact them.
I am getting sick of PaisaPay.
if ebay wants to limit users from using PaisaPay, why not simply close few accounts after giving a notice instead of playing around like this.

I agree. Our KYC verification documents have been sent thrice and they have not done any payments or acknowledged data.
They keep on saying, we will revert in 3 days and nobody reverts. It's been now more than 2 months.
They are eating our interest and keeping our money and every time we get a new executive.
Paisa pay should not be used.

I had problems with Paisapay last 3 times. No proper transactions, no proper details and a total mismanagement of ebay. Its shame..
