times & waiting for their phone call for last one week.
They have not cared to respond even once and have

Paisapay payments takes unusually long time to clear.In contrast paypal payment is approved instantly. Both are from eBay. Seven days time to approve a payment is not acceptable by any standard. ebay India should devise some means to cut down this long approval time.

Hello,
There might be some genuine problem for PaisaPay being not able to reach you.
Kindly check if your registered Phone number is correct and you are reachable on that number.
I think your Seller too has some responsibility and must see to it that the verification / clearance is done at the earliest.
I think PaisaPay has a tough job in hand .... they have to ensure safety .... in a limited time frame ..... for thousands of Orders.
But .... 7 days for processing an Online Order .... without any email intimation to Buyer ..... is un-acceptable by any standards.
Hope someone from PaisaPay Teams clarifies this issue. .

Dear vikasatdce,
As a process in certain cases we try calling the buyers for verification and make an attempt more than once to reach him.
Every time if we are unable to reach the buyer we initiate the mail to the buyer as well as seller informing them of the non contactablity. And if no response is received we have no choice but to reject the payment.
Nevertheless the buyer has an option of making the payment again ever after the transaction is rejected.
