Last two times i have noticed that PaisaPay Raise A Claim page is not working. It shows no history, if you put a paisapay id it says not found. Only way is to call EBAY call centre and raise a telephonic claim.

that's because you are logged in since more than 24 hours with the help of cookies and have not logged in recently.
Log in again and you will see everything on claims page 🙂
