I have just realized that paisapay is really inefficient. Recently I have tried to refund a buyer his purchase for 2 times and both the times paisapay has had 2-3 days to refund. I get e email from them saying that they have processed it and the buyer will see it in this original mode of payment in 2-3 days. Then they transfer the entire amount into my bank and I get a message saying the refund is rejected since there is no balance.
Now the paisapay balance is transferred every 3 days for a seller so then how do you refund someone's money ?? I would suggest you can have it billed into the seller account charges we have to pay on eBay.
eBay please suggest a better method to refund.
Thank you.

There are scores of bugs in the new PaisaPay. Better we should call it Buggy Pay 😉
Now I have stopped even hoping that these bugs and flaws will be rectified in near future. The list of bugs and flawed rules are so long that it will take hours to compile a list of those. Better not to waste time.
Bye .
Best Regards 😄

eBay strongly encourages buyers to make payments through PaisaPay as PaisaPay is not only convenient to use, but it also offers buyers industry leading protection against fraud and money back guarantee if item is not received within 15 days of the transaction.
Also PaisaPay provides buyers protection upto Rs. 50,000 in case of PaisaPay payment.
However there are many payment methods and most sellers offer more than one. Some methods offer more protection than others, so be sure to select a method of payment that makes you feel comfortable. Most payment methods are also covered by eBay's Buyer Protection Program up to Rs. 10000.

I am really fed up with my efforts to get the Paisapay people understand the mistakes they have committed. I have account with two different bannk in Calicut, but none of them are available for Registration. The stock reply I get from them is that they have uploaded the Bank Branches available at RBI. I sent them the missing Branch details including the link to the correct and Updated List of NEFT enabled Banbk Branches to them. It seems they are not interested in correcting the mistakes . As a result I hardly list any items in e-bay India, For those who want to sell outside India, I suggest, they better list at e-bay international site, www.ebay.com and better opt for PayPal, which is a very efficient system of payment. PAISAPAY is not managed efficiently.

it was direct debit from my online account and still these guys have not processed it. I don't know who is managing the lousy operations? do you guys have any performance metrics? ever heard of customer requirements, needs or are these some foreign language words.
The purchase is for rechargeable battery and due to Paisapay's ineffeciency I am forced to buy normal batteries from market everyday.. huge cost and loss for me....
Called up phone support as well and it sucks equally bad too... customer reps speak to you as it is their birthright to delay transactions .. hahaha.
A very frustrated customer,
who is shelling out money everyday coz someone at paisapay is not doing his job properly.
