EBay customer service is going to worst.
Choices available:
EMail: Never gets answered. This has happened with me for two seperate cases.
Chat: Upto 45 minutes of waiting time. Are you kidding? Who has got that kind of time in world to solve problems created by your system.
Phone: Upto 10minutes waiting time. Really? People should wait that long and pay for their calls for making the mistake of buying from ebay? How careless you guys can get.
Timings: Other than email, all other avenues are over by 7:30PM. This is a BIG JOKE. In a world of round the clock customer service, this global joint packs up and goes home at 7:30 to leave customers worried about their queries.
Please wake up Ebay. You have been chosen over others because you had an efficient customer service. It is flushed down the toilet by whoever is your customer service country head.
