Paisa pay not safe for Seller

I am a new seller on ebay.in. I have started selling products imitation Jewellery, glass painting. My ebay user ID is rupsamcreation. but after few days ebay suspended my account. I call customer care phone service but they didn't give me any explanation about what type of mistake I had made. BECAUSE THE FIRST LEVEL OFFICER OR SIMPLE EXECUTIVE CANT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
When I tried to contact them through their helpline as well as through email and chat support, they didn't have any proper explanation regarding why my account was suspended. All they replied was "for security reasons". ebay doesn't provide any explanation regarding my mistake. Just say security reasons. I am So Frustated With Your Company I Like Beating My Self I don't understand what could be the security reason in selling immitation Jewellery? This type of statement makes me feel as if I have done a crime in selling immitation jewellry, glass painting. First Of All, The EBAY is The Worst Company Which I Have Ever Deal, Ebay Only Take Care of the Buyers Not Sellers


In short:

ebay offers no protection to the new sellers who ship their item to the buyer and their account is suspended.


I open new shop on your website but I can't list new products due to this suspension without any resons. Please solve the problem otherwise I will complait of ebay in consumer court.

My account also got suspended last year when I started selling on eBay and I also felt the same way as you are feeling now. But then, I continued to follow up with eBay and provided them all the documents they required from me and then finally, they reinstated my account. I found eBay India team (Mr. Sanjay Das) very co-operative. Since that day, for any problem I have, I contact him and he resolves the issue or guides me what is correct.

You need to have faith in eBay and its processes in order to succeed on eBay. Their security and other systems are beyond my intelligence to understand but I can assure you that your account will be 'ok' once you follow exactly what they recommend.

Do not worry, everything will be fine, just follow the instructions given by them, if you think the executive over the phone can not understand what you are asking him, tell him to put floor manager over the phone. It will take some time probably but once it get completed you will never face the problem again. Good luck

Paisa pay not safe for Seller

Item purchased on 15/05/10 and sent instantly and delivered to buyer on 17/05/10. Buyer intiated
refund as he wants to return item. but he did not returned item till date.

We have provided all detail regarding delivery of item to PAISA PAY TEAM.

ITEM WORTH RS. 8189/-, Paisa team approved refund without confirming that item is returned
to seller or not.

paisa pay never asked and confirm whether we have received the item back or not.

Now buyer posses the item, got refund. Not interesting in returning the item day one.

please come on board and give explanation
on what basis this refund was approved ?????

paisapay is playing with sellers money to keep buyer happy, ebay feels that seller's on ebay
are became reach and they will not bother of this type of refund.
