I paid through paisa pay for the item with number 8738387862, but still the claim adjuster is asking for proof of payment. He is asking me to fax the document to get the claimed amount.

I have given all online details and still they are not satisfied of my payment and still they want a proof.

Is that ebay is not maintaining any record?

Then whatis the use of paisa pay method?

There will be a PaisaPay ID. Just give them, they will follow up.

Or

Just print the email receipt of payment you got from PaisaPay and FAX. ---------------
