I M FROM PRIYAJEWELS A BUYER OF MINE BOUGHT 35 ITEMS FROM UK AND US SITE . HE ASKED ME TO COMBINE SHIP THEM ALL . I SENDED THE INVOICE ACCORDINGLY MENTIONED IN MY LISTING .10% DISCOUNT ON ADDITIONAL ITEM . BUT BUYER REFUSED IT AND SAID WILL PAY ONLY 6GBP AS SHIPPING. I OFFERED BUYER 50% ADDITIONAL ITEM DISCOUNT BUT STILL BUYER IS NOT READY FOR THAT . BUYER ASKED ME TO GIVE ADDITIONAL ITEM $2 THAT TOO ONLY IN DOLLARS NOT EVEN GBP.AND FOR SAMPLE GAVE ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK . I AGREED ON THE TERMS EVEN HAVING A HUGE LOSS BUT BUYER IS REFUSING TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK . BUYER IS BLACKMAILING ME TO GIVE MORE . HE WILL GIVE ONE NEGATIVE DAILY . I THINK MY ID WILL BE FINISHED EVEN AFTER ACCEPTING ON THE TERMS. BUYER WANTS ME TO SHIP THE ITEM AFTER RECEIVING IF HE WILL BE SATISFIED THEN ONLY HE WILL REMOVE THE NEGATIVE PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I GET RID OF SUCH A BUYER . HOW CAN I LOG A CASE TO GET RID OF ALL THIS .

Do not negociate with him . send him Invoice with discount mentioned in your Listing.
If he do not pay Just Put unpaid dispute after five days and send mail to trust and security .
Buyer must have check shipping charges before bidding or purchase . they can not bargain after making purchases.

1)It is your responsiblty to make sure that your saling methods are clear. Also have fun with ebay , hope you know they will kick you off for excessive shipping fees when you are trying to avoid paying them their % . i believe I will turn you in and ruin your reputation if you cannot sell me the items.

2)Also went ahead and letf one negative feedback . I can and will do the rest over 30days to make sure they show up for a LONG TIME. If you would like you can sell me the items and I will change it to positive and forget about this. If not then you have 34 more neg feedbacks to go
3)I will not just forget about it. You sold the items to me and you should honor that. It's not my fault that you have a hard time figuring out your investment cost versus sale prices. Your shipping is ridiculous and I hope you know with me buying 35 itemsI can ruin your feedback for years. I would suggest that you try again and figure out something else with the shipping o avoid having your reputation and business being put in jeopardy. I will pay at most $2 per item shipping if you cannot agree then I will have to contact ebay and leave negative feedback as a result of your bad business ethics in hopes of punishment for your actions.

4)How dare you turn me in for non payment . I am now turning you in for fraudulent act of business. Have fun explaining to ebay why you charge so much on shipping. here's the message I sent just for your records:
I have a seller that is refusing to sell me the items I won. I won over 35 auctions from him and on his homepage it bever said anything about $9 extra for each item being combined on shipping. It totaled up to like $316 for shipping. when I asked why they replied that it was part of the items sale value in order to make extra $. In other words avoiding paying ebay fees for selling and trying to pass them off as shipping but only EXCESSIVE shipping charges. The seller then filed cases against me for non payment.. I have told him I would pay but he refuses to fix the payment amount. Please look into this and contact me soon. I feel wrongly done and I am sure that ebay wouldn't like such a seller representing their auction site. At one point I even offered almost $80 and he stil

Your math seems to not relate to my offer nor my purchases. there was 35 items i said yes I will pay the 4.00 GPb on the first and $2 per every other item. This should only total to somewhere around 130$ U.S. not 165 or what ever you just offered.
$1.64 U.S. x 35 items = $57.40 US
$4.00 GPB first item+ Approx $6.50 US
$2 extra per item= $70 US
TOTAL OFFERED = Approx $135 USD

Whats not fair is you trying to conduct business in a unethical manner and trying to put your countries currencey in place of mine. I USE US DOLLARS and refuse to take into consideration the exchange rate. You are selling to mostly Americans on Ebay so I would rethink your strategy to accomodate your customers a little more rather than trying to make it easier on yourself by puttin the burden on the customers. I will review the order./ items and decide from there. I will inform you by t/m about my decision.

i m worried its ebay.com transaction . in ebay court it is showing no cases open that u can appeal... i think i cant appeal for the negative from international site ... if its so its horrible on part of ebay .. how ebay could do this to sellers.. negatives even after unpaid item strike as well even cant appeal for the case...
