I M FROM PRIYAJEWELS A BUYER OF MINE BOUGHT 35 ITEMS FROM UK AND US SITE . HE ASKED ME TO COMBINE SHIP THEM ALL . I SENDED THE INVOICE ACCORDINGLY MENTIONED IN MY LISTING .10% DISCOUNT ON ADDITIONAL ITEM . BUT BUYER REFUSED IT AND SAID WILL PAY ONLY 6GBP AS SHIPPING. I OFFERED BUYER 50% ADDITIONAL ITEM DISCOUNT BUT STILL BUYER IS NOT READY FOR THAT . BUYER ASKED ME TO GIVE ADDITIONAL ITEM $2 THAT TOO ONLY IN DOLLARS NOT EVEN GBP.AND FOR SAMPLE GAVE ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK . I AGREED ON THE TERMS EVEN HAVING A HUGE LOSS BUT BUYER IS REFUSING TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK . BUYER IS BLACKMAILING ME TO GIVE MORE . HE WILL GIVE ONE NEGATIVE DAILY . I THINK MY ID WILL BE FINISHED EVEN AFTER ACCEPTING ON THE TERMS. BUYER WANTS ME TO SHIP THE ITEM AFTER RECEIVING IF HE WILL BE SATISFIED THEN ONLY HE WILL REMOVE THE NEGATIVE PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I GET RID OF SUCH A BUYER . HOW CAN I LOG A CASE TO GET RID OF ALL THIS .

Open unpaid item case and close after 7 days as ebay required.

Contact TNS for malicious bidding activity,feedback extortion and emphasise that buyer just bid on your item to give you negative and blackmailing you for extra shipping discount and he never want to pay you in first place.

Make clear cut case of malicious bidding,blackmailing for special discount and abusive language and mail to trust and safty.

Dont forget to mention buyer's abusive and blackmailing language

Keep the all the mail and send to trust and safety with header when they require

Call to ebay or contact live help and ask about your account manager and discuss case with him/her

again 5 negatives hopeless creature of the world. god dont give such a ebay member to any of sellers...........................:-(X-( hope all sellers wish and kick of such members(buyer) out of ebay.....

That means the buyer went and put 5 negatives today? But I guess after the unpaid item case is closed,he shldnt be able to put them.Whats happening with eBay? This is very unfortunate.
