PROTECT ME TO GET 35 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS CAN A SINGLE BUYER BLOCK MY ID

I M FROM PRIYAJEWELS A BUYER OF MINE BOUGHT 35 ITEMS FROM UK AND US SITE . HE ASKED ME TO COMBINE SHIP THEM ALL . I SENDED THE INVOICE ACCORDINGLY MENTIONED IN MY LISTING .10% DISCOUNT ON ADDITIONAL ITEM . BUT BUYER REFUSED IT AND SAID WILL PAY ONLY 6GBP AS SHIPPING. I OFFERED BUYER 50% ADDITIONAL ITEM DISCOUNT BUT STILL BUYER IS NOT READY FOR THAT . BUYER ASKED ME TO GIVE ADDITIONAL ITEM $2 THAT TOO ONLY IN DOLLARS NOT EVEN GBP.AND FOR SAMPLE GAVE ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK . I AGREED ON THE TERMS EVEN HAVING A HUGE LOSS BUT BUYER IS REFUSING TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK . BUYER IS BLACKMAILING ME TO GIVE MORE . HE WILL GIVE ONE NEGATIVE DAILY . I THINK MY ID WILL BE FINISHED EVEN AFTER ACCEPTING ON THE TERMS. BUYER WANTS ME TO SHIP THE ITEM AFTER RECEIVING IF HE WILL BE SATISFIED THEN ONLY HE WILL REMOVE THE NEGATIVE PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I GET RID OF SUCH A BUYER . HOW CAN I LOG A CASE TO GET RID OF ALL THIS .

Posting the same topic 10 times (and that too with a nonsense heading that you have used) is not going to make it more important or less important for the readers, you have also posted the same matter in others posting too where it has no relevance. Please use the forum wisely, its not as if a bomb has been dropped on you.

What I say here might sound harsh to you at this time but this issue is a result of you own doing. It is not clear to the readers if this buyer has paid you or not. Why did you change your terms of sale for this buyer.

You have been selling on ebay for sometime now so get in touch with your account manager and get the issue sorted out. Even the buyers mail that you have put up makes no sense. Please get some help in drafting the matter properly if you do not want 1 negative every day.

Please remember that in no way do I want you to suffer for what has happened and you have my full support and sympathy for the same.

the buyer has not paid me yet and unpaid item strike is open . the buyer has time till 14 dec. to pay or for me to close the case after that .

it was not less then as bomb on me . one negative means a heavy bomb and if u say 35 negatives my bussiness on ebay get finished will any buyer believe on me .. no.. i m feeling like i m in 10 th standard and got compartment in final exams. yes your words where too hard but it is the first time i m appealing in discussion boards i dont have knowledge how the discussion board works . but after so many responses i have a feeling that i am not alone u all are with me and in future i m also on discussion boards regularly to help many of new ids and old ones too ... on basis of best of my knowledge about ebay..

i saw the item for which you received negative feedback. you have to be very careful using 1 paisa auctions on ebay.com. the reason being there the buyers are very smart. they bid in the last 5-10 seconds.
i am using EMS for all international transactions. it costs me maximum 25-30US$ for a single postage per kg parcel. so you should have clear shipping and handling charges. the buyer is wrong in blackmailing. i think you should not be dealing with this buyer. instead use all ebay trust and safety support. you will win the case simply because the buyer is using abusive langauge using unfair pressure techniques. dont think too much and dont worry.
please dont ever surrender to these type of buyers. it is the buyers responsibility to ask the seller about the postage before bidding on multiple items. the buyer just cant force u to change your rules. although u are wrong at charging such high postage and i would advise you not to make your margins in the postage. else you may suffer again. all the best.

It would be an advantage to you had you clearly stated about the shipping fees on your auction!
Once you are done with that, there's no way in hell that a buyer will try to blackmail you or whatever unless you try to extra charge them from what it should have been.
Just be polite enough to go with what has been stated in your auction!

If you are in accordance with these norms so far, then you are probably safe and there is a very strong chance of you winnig the case. Literally, all the -ve ratings will be removed at once and the buyer got to be suspended.

You should have mentioned "no comibined shipping no exception" in all your listings.

And you should ship each item seperately, why ship together.

2, there is some good news for you. 35 negatives by one buyer are counted as one by ebay ;), so do not worry too much. There are some rules regarding when transaction took place or when the ratings were given, but I to not think they will be ocunted as 25 negatives.

i dont konw why ebay is silent in this case why any of the ebay staff is not replying me and suggesting me how t proceed . if there will be a promotion then i get atleast ten calls a day but wen i m facing a problem why ebay is not taking any action . please wake up ebay and suggest me wat should i do....................

thank you all of u for your support and resolving the issue . there is a good news for u all that if such a buyer strikes your id u give unpaid item strike and wen u close the case after 5 days that buyer has not paid for the item your negative will get removed or buyer will not be able to give any feedback.

Again,for your information,my daily job is dealing with British buyers.I list 0.99lbs free PP auctions.It may sell at 0.99,but sometimes it sells for 155 pounds.
This is ebay.Anything can happen anytime.I post to remote villages in Great Britain and Ireland.Yes,it creates problem at times.But if the harvest is good,no problem matters really.
I value my British customers.
They are my bread and butter.UPI is just nil.
And again,I am of late very much afraid to invite them to ebay india.I am frank about my obsession.

Open 35 unpaid items case one by one and issue 35 strikes and buyer will be suspended automatically.

also change your shipping methods.

Dont forget to report TNS

Dont blackmailed by buyer and never use any abusing language to buyer.
