PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS

DEAR SIR I HAD BOOKED A MOBILE PHONE ON DATE 18 MAY 2016 AND PAID THRU PAY PAISA ID 42625445628. THE SHIPPER DOES NOT PICK THE PHONE AND THE COURIER COMPANY ARAMEX CLAIMS THAT THEY CANNOT TRACE THE DOCKET NUMBER 41606492104, THEY SAY THAT IT HAS BEEN LOST. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO EBAY AND FINALLY AFTER MUCH DIFFICULTY I WAS ABLE TO COMPLAIN IN THE RESOLUTION CENTRE , I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND THRU CLAIM ID 2025476, THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL RESPOND IN 72 HOURS BUT I HAVE NOT GOT ANY REPLY OR EMAIL KINDLY TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARDS BHUPENDER BHATT
