PATHETIC AND CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.........

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND USELESS. THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED IF THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE ITEMS OR NOT.
IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS I HAVE NOT GOT MY ITEM AND NO REFUND YET.
THERE ARE REFUND CASES OPEN, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT INTERESTED IN RESOLVING ANY CASES.
THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THE CASE WHERE THEY CANNOT HELP AND THE CASE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED.
I AM WAITING FOR A REFUND OF 9 ITEMS FROM EBAY SINCE 3 MONTHS. NOBODY SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED.
THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER CARE EVER IN INDIA.
I HOPE AFTER READING THIS ATLEAST THEY WAKE UP AND DO THEIR JOB.
THE REASON I AM IRRITATED AND UPSET IS BCOZ IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS, I HAVE WASTED A LOT OF TIME FOR THIS. NEITHER THE SELLER IS CONCERNED NOR EBAY.
THE AMOUNT IS AROUND RS.4000/-.
IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A SMALL AMOUNT TO FORGET.
PLEASE WAKE UP AND HELP CUSTOMERS WHO NEED YOUR HELP.

I feel your pain Brother!!. I lost 37,000 INR. Absolutely exploited and violated by Ebay India.

They are only interested in supporting the sellers. After all the pain, I have gone through for nearly 2 months, I seriously doubt that if Ebay India is really interested about customers problems or not. There are very busy out there working hard to satisfy the sellers. How can they have time to read our problems.

Global ebay has to just visit the ebay india chat room and they will understand how many frustrated customers are there in Ebay India who face this terrible injustice.

Ebay India - You are indeed spoiling the name of Ebay. I Have been an Ebay customer for nearly 7 years in Australia and not even in one instance I have been treated so badly like this by Ebay Australia
