IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS I HAVE NOT GOT MY ITEM AND NO REFUND YET.
THERE ARE REFUND CASES OPEN, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT INTERESTED IN RESOLVING ANY CASES.
THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THE CASE WHERE THEY CANNOT HELP AND THE CASE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED.
