"Please note that starting 23rd April, PowerShip will be mandatory for sellers to become eligible for Express Remittance. Sellers who do not intend to join PowerShip, will be disabled for Express Remittance. "

powership came into existence just a while back. i wanted to know if there was ever any seller eligible for paisapay express remittance.
