Chargeback for PaisaPay ID 20263333862‏

Totally disappointed !

Shocked.

I received a chargeback for a 6months old transaction.
The necklace was delivered to my buyer in broken condition. six months before i was facing lots of troubles sending huge beads size necklaces.
Whenever i send them in customs checking's the people used to cut the thread of the beads necklaces and then forwards them after checking's with loose beads inside the parcel. the necklace thread was cut from the center and each bead was tested for god knows WHAT IN checking's!
but the beads were always delivered safely to all buyers.
This buyer who filled chargeback after 6mths time wrote to me that she received the necklace in broken condition i offered FULL REFUND INCLUDING THE SHIPPING COST.
WHILE I KNEW THE NECKLACE IS NOT BROKEN IT IS ACTUALLY CUT TO CHECK THE BEADS.

THE BEADS WERE ENOUGH BIG TO BE RESTRING IMMEDIATELY THERE WERE HARDLY 20 VERY BIG SIZE BEADS IN THE WHOLE NECKLACE THAT HAD BIG HOLES AND WOULD HAVE HARDLY TAKEN A 5 MIN TIME TO RESTRING AGAIN IN THREAD.

I WAS READY TO ISSUE REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING THAT SHE PAID.
BUT TO ISSUE REFUND I WOULD HAVE ATLEAST RECEIVED THE NECKLACE OR I SAY THE LOOSE BEADS WORTH 240$ BACK ISN'T THAT FAIR ??

A NECKLACE WORTH 14,000 Rs IS STILL WITH THE BUYER.
SHE WROTE TO ME 2 MAILS TWO MESSAGES IN 6 MONTHS TIME AND AFTER THAT A CHARGEBACK (THIS CHARGEBACK AFTER 6 MONTHS TIME NO MAILS NO RESPONSE NO MESSAGES NOTHING THE BUYER SENT ME NOTHING BACK NEVER WROTE TO ME IN 6MTHS TIME)!

LOOK INTO THE MATTER A BUYER FILES CHARGEBACK :

IN CASE SELLER IS NOT RESPONDING
SELLER IS NOT ISSUING REFUND
SELLER DOES NOT TAKES RESPONSIBILITY
SELLER IS SUSPENDED

HERE I WAS READY TO ISSUE FULL REFUND FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY.
BUYER NEVER CONTACTED ME IN 6MNTS TIME.

I JUST RECEIVED 2 MAILS FROM HER THAT ALSO WITHIN 1 WEEK TIME AFTER NECKLACE DELIVERY.
TILL TODAY SHE DID NOT WROTE ME ANY MAILS.


NO DISPUTE NO EBAY ITEM NOT RECEIVED/ NOR AS DESCRIBED OPTION NOTHING SHE FILED CHARGEBACK WITH HER CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR THE PAYMENT SHE MADE THROUGH PAISAPAY.
THE WORST AND UNSECURED WAY TO TAKING MONEY IN INDIA.

PLEASE ALL SELLERS BEWARE OF USING PAISAPAY NOW !!
IF YOU GET A CHARGEBACK THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY STOP YOUR REMITTANCE.

THEY WILL NOT PROTECT YOU EVEN IF YOU SHOW THEM DELIVERY PROOFS.

YOU SEND BUYER A DIAMOND NECKLACE IF IN CASE ITS BROKEN IN TRANSIT SHE WILL KEEP THE GOLD THE DIAMONDS AND THE MONEY AFTER CHARGEBACK FROM CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

THIS IS GOING TO BE THE FAIR DECISION OF PAISAPAY FOR MY CASE THAT THE BUYER CAN KEEP MONEY CAN KEEP THE NECKLACE EVERYTHING SHE CAN KEEP WITH HER AND I LOOSE EVERYTHING THE SHIPPING I PAID, THE ITEM THE MONEY THE SELLING FEE EVERYTHING IS GONE ~!!!

We keep on getting calls for using the discounted features and increase our sales (Ebay's revenue), but what is the use if seller's are not protected. Still No reply from Ebay shows there is something really wrong. My full support with kaya_jewels.

The best method to avoid this is to state in the description that " I DO NOT ACCEPT PAISAPAY" payment.
Paisa py is not advantageous to both buyer and seller.
When a buyer buys multiple items he is charged shipping charges multiple times even though the seller is prepared to offer combined shipping.

Dear velgean39,
According to eBay policy,No seller can mention that he do not accept paisapay.eBay had made mandatory to offer Paisapay as one of the payment method.
So,Please do not write such things in description as it may result into removal of listing and also some action against your eBay account.

High charges for receiving fund through Paisapay with high risk involved had made the work of selling on eBay difficult and full of tension.

its been a long time now i didnot recieved any response back from paisapay but i await for a positive response from their side.
I hope positive response in my case because i have been honest in the transaction and without having a return parcel tracking info no one can keep my money like this.

Let me try and help you understand the reasons why your case was not covered under PaisaPay chargeback protection policy. Going by the details posted by you, I believe that the buyer raised a chargeback directly with his issuing bank. Based on Master Card/Visa chargeback programs a buyer can raise a chargeback till 60 days, and the vendor or eBay does not have any control over the same.

Again, going by the case details posted by you, it looks like the buyer did not receive the refund promised to him. Chargeback for such reasons are not covered for protection under PaisaPay Chargeback Protection Policy since the inception of this program.

However, to help you, as an exception PaisaPay has disputed this chargeback with the Buyer’s credit card company. It could take up to 120 days for the card company to make a final decision in favour of either party. In case the credit card company gives the decision against the buyer, we would receive the money from the bank which we would pass on to you. I sincerely wish your concern will get resolved to your satisfaction.

Having said the above, we are hurt with the choice of words used in the subject. After all, PaisaPay is run by humans like you and me who are trying their best to service the community members. I hope our members will try and moderate their words while expressing their concerns, giving feedback and expressing their thoughts. Please be aware, that posts that violate the Boards usage policy may be deleted from the boards.

I am concerned to read the posts by our sellers. At the outset let me assure the Seller community that PaisaPay is committed to protect its sellers from fraudulent chargebacks. The sole intent of PaisaPay Chargeback Protection Policy is seller protection from unauthorized usage of credit cards.

While I understand the angst of our sellers, we have always tried our best to work to the best of our sellers interest. We have always been encouraged by the positive feedback we have received in past on how we were running this program very successfully and how PaisaPay was very flexible in operational matters like accepting online POD, India Post POD, etc. I want to assure you that I and my team are committed to providing you with the best of experience and will strive towards the same.

Just wanted to let everybody know that my money is gone to the buyer and also the product is with her.
Please keep in mind when there is a chargeback no one will ever help you with it.

if you provide proof of shipping it won't help.

Chargeback means CHARGEBACK.
