Original iPOD box seal tampered when delivered

Hi,

I have recently purchased iPOD touch from seller:customer.shop. Item no 180515113460

But the iPOD that got delivered had only iPOD touch with no accessories. The courier package was perfectly sealed so there is no problem with the courier service. The problem is with the sender itself because the original box was not company sealed.

Any advice how to get return of my money?

Open a Dispute : " ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED "...

Also, follow up with the seller telling him of your concern & if he does not listen to you then you can report this to ebay

sorry for the confusion. the package is well intact with no issues. Full marks to the seller.

What stupidity is this, is there an issue with the transaction or not? or you are just doing time-pass here ?. If you want help write your concern clearly, don't fool.
