I have been trying to place an order to buy moto e for the past 1 week. The site goes down at mobikwik site or the ebay site that goes down.
Finally i paid and amount got debited from mobikwik wallet. Below is the message from mobikwik.
Dear User, MobiKwik Tranx Alert Type: Debit Amnt: Rs 5167.35 Merchant: EBAY Status: Success New Wallet Balance:Rs 0 Orderid:AMBK3539913486
But the order is not available in my purchases ebay page. How shal i confirm if the order is placed or not???
