I contacted many time to ebay customer care. Whenever i call they are telling same thing like within 72 hours ur problem will be solved but till today nothing happened. Ebay customer service is very bad. No reasonable answer from ebay. I never had a problem like this in online purchase from any websites but eBay is bad. If the seller couldn't deliver the product by the time line then the buyer can apply for refund is ebay policy but i could not a raise a claim in ebay guarantee.... Very bad experience in ebay.....
