I am very disappointed with eBay, i order a CALLER ID TABLE TALK even paid online on the 21st of September and its almost a month now. Can somebody please responds to my emails even the tracking system it does not seems to work properly. I am not sure whether it has been shipped or i am being cheat?No response uptil date

I am facing similar issue. I bough "WHIRLPOOL SCALEGON SCALE REMOVER" on 13th September 2014. I am yet to receive the item. Ebay guarantee claim is not responding. Even seller is not replying.
How to get my refund?
I will never buy from ebay again. Also I am going to discourage as many as I can so that they turn to other websites.
