I understand your apprehension against online buying. I had similar ones before I started buying online. However, I became more comfortable about buying online when I learnt that other buyers leave ratings for the seller (I buy only from sellers with high positive ratings, and after raeding their comments). I also learnt that if you make your payment via PaisaPay, eBay will cover you upto 50,000 in case the seller fails to deliver.
On your question on do we have COD?
Some sellers do offer COD option for limited cities, however you will need to search for those items or ask your seller if they will offer the facility to you.

It will be great helpful if u detach the accessories item from mobile handsets items when searching for a mobile with bluetooth search result shows hundreds of bluetooth headset customer has to find a phone like a pin from a nail store.also it is impossible to find a phone with 3g or edge capability as these specifications are not included in the mobile phone finder search must have feature .also u make a rule that sellers not specify a feature in there listing which is not in there product by quoting it and saying against it a fu#@ing not available .for example if u search a phone which has an edge or 3g facility in item description a lot of result u will get like this "edge -no ,3g -no expansion slot- no" and a lot of no no no features only it is complete waste of time and it sucks when searching in an item which has hundreds of listing so open your eyes and e-bay members needs if you cant see change your glass .i hate e-bay customer support

I've got two queries
1) I would like to go international and would like to know how to.I have just listed one item today on international and am keeping my fingers crossed.
Having listed this item - which does not show up under "items I am sellin" all other selling items are showing a dollar rate !
2) Open a shop under the free trial period
I would want the above two answered thru a telephonic chat with some customer support rather than text chat.

Kindly ensure timely and safe delivery of items Although the sellers are quite sincere but the shipping company are not doing their business sincerely, specially in rural or remote areas where they avoid to deliver or handover the item to a local untrusted/unreliable courier who misplaced them.
So kindly think seriously about reliable shipping method for anywhere in India.

It will be great help to ebay members if you arrange the following -
first- Detach the accessories item from mobile and accessories (it is very difficult to find a phone with a given specification despite the mobile phone finder also please add the specifications 3g and edge to mobile phone finder search )
second -please give a user rating option
in relation to a product to indicate its popularity for example if someone search for a game he can purchase the most popular game on the basis of user rating (sellers may
not like this as they sells also the most unusable and waste products through ebay please ignore them customer is the king)

EBay India promises and charges for international eBAY exposure if a listing has the shipping selected to worldwide.
Strangely only some of my listings do eventually turn up on ebay.com but I have never seen one appearing to ebay UK customers. Not sure what is happing in other eurpean countries .Why so ?
Should I be paying for a clear software bug in your system ? What are the rules for refund in this regard ?
