Welcome to the community boards.
Here is an issue I have been raising for ages.
1) All over the world, Paypal charges % based on seller volume but in India you stick to same rate for all sellers.
Paypal charges between 1.9% to 2.9% depending on volume.
Why not PaisaPay. There is no incentive for higher volumer sellers.
2) As mentioned above Paypal can make do with a median charge of 2.5% why does PaisaPay need to charge 4.5% plus service tax.
Are Indian buyers and sellers to pay for inefficiencies of the local outfit. WE are very well aware that Bill Desk offer
its major mercharts (such as PaisaPay) a tdr of just 2% to 2.25%. So is it ebaY policy of continuing with hidden charges to
shore up it bottom line? Charge just 1% as FVF but keep a margin of over 2% in PP fees?
3) Why are the EMI charges not being passed on to the buyers? This is the case offline and can be done online.
Why do sellers have to bear these charges? If the EMI charges are passed on to the buyers, sellers can price their products better.
Today the seller have to assume a certain percentage of buyers will avail of EMI facility and price their products accordingly.

Please find the answers to your questions:-
1)Any product which has manufacturer warranty is not covered under eG*
2)We would request you to get back to us with the Item number and buyer id for us to investigate this further.
3)If the shipping details are entered at 8PM on a Wednesday and you have not exhausted your Express Remittance Limit, ideally this payment should reflect in the next cycle which is on Thursday. As mentioned by you, since this is not working as desired, please provide us with the PaisaPay ID for us to investigate further.
4)The case is investigated by the claims team and post investigation based on several parameters, we would arrive at a decision.
5)For the DOW credits, someone from the Tech team will get in touch with you.
Regards,
Huzaffa

Wherever we identify cases where the sellers are not at fault, the penalty is not levied.
And I would strongly recommend sellers to highlight such cases to us with relevant proofs if required and we will reverse the penalty charges.

Here is a recent item ID 370519228881 for which we had received the order without any paisapay payment by buyer ID "ankit_2009". Hence, today we have filed the payment not received case. Similarly, we have to file cases every third day. How can it be avoided?
Another Question:
If a buyer refund claim is rejected by eBay and the buyer gives negative or neutral feedback thereafter then does it liable to be removed?

Thanks for your feedback on the return shipment process. I’m happy that our sellers will be benefited by this initiative.
Let me address the concerns raised by you
-We understand the need of a shipping solution and our teams have been working on this. We would keep the community posted as and when we have updates on the progress.
-I would like you to elaborate little more on the Seller terms of sale. You can write to your Account Manager or contact our customer support team.
-Cases whereby the members are not available on phone, an email is initiated to the buyer / seller asking for an update. We also provide a reasonable timeline within which the buyer/ seller needs to respond to us. Please feel free to contact our customer support for any specific cases you would like to discuss.
Regards
Huzaffa

Thanks for your valuable suggestion. However due to character limitations, it would not be feasible to capture all the information pertaining to a transaction.
We do understand your need of having access to relevant information and hence will explore the possibility of making changes as suggested.

Huzaffa

I user Chorme browser primararily.
However I am not able to issue PaisaPay refunds from Chrome Browser 😞 . I have to use IE to issue PP refunds.
Can this be rectified.
I have another pc with Win 7 and IE9, I am not able to issue PP refunds even with IE9.
What can be the issue? Is this an issue with IE9 and Win7 or is your system temoporarily down?
