i have purchased a micro max mobile from eBay and i got the mobile in dead position and i have called to the eBay and they said to me to go to micro max center and they will provide me d.o.a and i got the d.o.a and and micro max people said they will not refund or exchange the mobile and when i have contacted with the eBay regarding the mobile they said they are only mediator and they will not refund or exchange the mobile and the mobile is under warranty period i.m.e.i no- 911326500100810

 

AFTER SELLING DEAD PRODUCTS ebay SAID THE PRODUCT IS UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY & WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DEAD PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER HAS TO CONTACT SELLER, AFTER CONTACTING SELLER, HE ASKED 2 CALL E-BAY FOR THE DEAD PRODUCT AND STRAIGHT WAY TRANSFER THE PROBLEM TO EBAY, I JUST WANT TO ASK WHAT IS EBAY GUARANTEE, THEY JUST CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS THROUGH EBAY GUARANTEE, AFTER SELLING THE PRODUCT & RECEIVING THE AMOUNT FROM THE CUSTOMER THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY. A STRICT ACTION HAS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST SUCH KIND A COMPANIES SO THAT THEY WILL NOT MAKE FOOL PF CUSTOMERS IN NEAR FUTURE

Dell Inspiron 15 4th Gen i3 4GB Ram 1TB Hdd Win 8.1 1GB Intel Graphics 251928099120 

 

It has some internal issues as well as external issues.

 

It does not have a VGA cable connector.

The system which is buit -in is very slow.

The trackpad which is provided is Lagging & sometimes it does'nt work also.

The laptop sometimes get uplifted from the down right side.

The Screen sometimes goes blackout suddenly & come after some 5-10 minutes.

The sound also sometimes goes low & high suddenly 

The Keyboard Keys provided are very sensitive.

The Antivirus which was provided had expired 3-4 months prior to the purchase date.
