Hello Devesh! Its nice to interact with you. You have made a very interesting point. We gave it a thought when we were planning New Paisapay.
We have to be cautious about this feature as it involves more judgement on part of everyone in case of disputes. It has its own set of complexities different from a straight forward case of receipt / non-receipt of an item which can be proved by shipping records.
However I am not ruling out that we would be keenly observing the number and kind of disputes with New PaisaPay and based on our experience visit this topic sometime in later half of 2008.
Regards
Prashant

We reached out to some other sellers to find out the courier service they use to ship jewellery. Couple of names they said were – PAFEX courier, Blue Dart. You may also want to reach out to other sellers who sell jewellery to find it out directly. I am sure that all sellers don’t use Speed Post as the only mode to ship jewellery.
I hope this helps!
Regards,
Prashant

I checked the list and your branch (Corporation bank, Ullhasnagar, Mumbai) is getting updated in the next update. As soon as the update is made, we will inform our members to ensure that you can register for new PaisaPay as soon as possible.

Prashant

I personally checked the RBI list and did not find Kalighat branch of SBI in it. However, there is a possibility that the branch is called by some other name.
Every branch on NEFT system has a IFSC code. Could you provide us with the IFSC of your bank branch. It will help us in locating the branch.
Regards
Prashant

Please check the below link:
http://www.pafex.com/tracking.html
It is clearly mention that all "Precious and semi precious items" are among the banned items of PAFEX courier.
So,How can anyone send jewellery/gemstones through it as the policy clearly mention that the dont accept such precious and semi precious items.
Please reply.

We got this information about Pafex from one of our sellers. You may want to check this with other sellers who will have more knowledge on this topic.
I have requested your account manager to speak to you and share whatever we have heard from the other seller about Pafex.
Regards
Prashant

What happens when a buyer receives the purchased item and then does not bother to update the same on the site. When do the seller gets his payment.
