Hi,

This is Prashant Kumar from the PaisaPay Team. I and my team are responsible for ensuring that the New PaisaPay facility serves your need in the best possible manner.

We launched New PaisaPay last week and I am sure you will have some experience to share about new PaisaPay. do share your experience with me. Hello Prashant,

The new PaisaPay is definitely going to increase the Sales for Sellers .... as more and more Buyers would repose faith in ebay India. Buyers can look forward to time bound deliveries.

But working for Sellers has now become more time consuming and with extra tension.

We need to track each delivery ..... a number of times .... till the Item is delivered.

Money circulation would go down for Sellers with high Sales. That's because even if the Seller ships the Item on the day of the PaisaPay notification .... the chances are that the Seller would get the Payment after about 2 weeks or so because most of the Buyers won't confirm the receipt of the Item in the system.

Prashant ... I would also like to know whether we can still get charge-backs in this New PaisaPay era or charge-backs are completely ruled out.

Thats because PaisaPay would only release payments after the confirmation of receipt of Item by the Buyer (or after expiry of time limit for confirmation by the Buyer) ...... so levying a chargeback would be contradictory.

In case chargebacks are still possible then Sellers would have more hassles arranging the physical POD's (Tracking results are available only for a couple of months)

I feel most of us would be able to share a better experience after working for about a month or so. .

Firstly congratulations on the successfully roll out of the New PaisaPay.

But there are a few changes which are needed

1. Complete details of the transaction in the Payment Confirmation mail (Amt+S&h breakup)

2. Items for which credit card payment is rejected still shows "eBay Note: You have received PaisaPay payment" in Yellow highlight. This is confusing.

3. Also once i enter shipping details in My PaisaPay there is no direct link to go back to my PaisaPay homepage (we have to go to My eBay or use a bookmark)


Another query i certainly have is, WILL WE NOW BE RELIEVED FROM THE PAISA PAY OUTBOUND PAYMENT SUSPENSION's??? We (techNiwas) Have suffered it 3 times already. Last time was in Dec itself (Feedback score 75 + 100%) with over 2lacs with paisapay. You would certainly understand that the entire balance of business is lost by such suspensions...

Umang, I feel incase of chargeback's the POD is to be given to the Bank. So the same would be required.

Welcome to the boards. I very much appreciate the launch of New PaisaPay but I am not fully comfortable in using it.

Firstly, I will remain under pressure until the buyer receives the item and post the receipt for the same. The buyer is not interested in leaving feedback what to say about posting the receipt of their item? I don't think all the buyers will be doing it.

Two of my international buyers paid thru PaisaPay for my jewellery items. As you may be aware that no other carrier than India Post carries jewellery abroad. Normally it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery by Registered Airmail and due to any delays in the transit it may take 3-4 weeks. The New PaisaPay allows 21 days only for delivery to international buyers.

I sent them Time Extension Request to both the buyers. One of them has not responded to my request and the other declined the request. I have already shipped the items. Now the question is if they do not receive the items within 21 days then they are applicable to file the dispute. In this case I will be facing too much problem, provide POD to PaisaPay, be in contact with the buyer, remain under pressure until the dispute is solved.

It seems that we have no other work but track the various steps of PaisaPay for every transaction, it is too much time consuming. On the other hand the New PaisaPay section has bugs that has to be resolved soon. techniwas has mentioned some of it that I too agree. After entering the shipping details the Shipped icon in the Sold Items section remains grayed. It doesn't shows that the item is shipped.

In the Time Extension Request window for International transactions the days for despatch is upto 23 days and for delivery is 8 days only. Why it is the other way? For delivery it should be 23 days.

Any suggestions or implement in the New PaisaPay will be highly appreciated.

how do you know which of your listings are with old paisapay and which ones are with new paisapay .

many buyers cannot see the pay button and cannot proceed.

item cannot be marked shipped by me in "my selling manager" - it has been linked to paisapay shipping details - then why not provide the same in selling manager because without sale record it is difficult and time consuming to update shipping info.

also i would suggest to apply a fixed delivery date after the payment is rcd. ( despatch period + transit period)- it should not be linked to entering shipping details within the despatch period.


is paypal in the offing in india - reason to make paisapay so tuff and seller unfreindly when almost everything is biased against the seller - the buyer is adequately protected as far as i can reason.
vice versa - i wonder what will happen to paypal if the same logic is applied there.

if it is a move to solely protect paisapay interest then please keep into account the needs of the regular sellers which are the real customers of ebay .

I have sold the 2 pre order items to buyer and I have got approval for time extension. But the release date is now got further extended and hence it will release after 10 days. So now what can be done as I have already got the approval of extension once and wanted approval further which cant be done.

So please find a solution for this as the pre order dates can be changed at the last moment for which nothing can be done.

Sir,

I believe that eBay is experimenting at Sellers Cost/Risk
here.

The New PaisaPay is buggy. Even after shipping the products it still shows in the Items to be shipped page.

There needs to be a lot of awareness on the new PaisaPay model on the buyer front, even seasoned buyers simply don't acknowledge receipt of the product through the right channel though they have left a positive rating and feedback for the transaction. How is eBay going to address this issue?

Hi Prashant,

The New PaisaPay looks good. Since I am getting the payment through Express Remittance, Its fine..

But when will I get the payment for High-Value Items. If I ship the product on the same day of payment made, then Do I get the payment only after Buyer confirm on PaisaPay or there is any timeline for buyer to confirm.

This question is in my mind as I have shipped approx 25 products and only one buyer has Item received confirmed though I have received most of the positive feedbacks.

Also, there are lot of bugs. I can't Archive the completed transaction on Selling Manager Pro, Can file UPI (Made 2 orders of same Item No, But paid for one), Though dispatched and entered shipping details on PaisaPay, It shows in Awaiting Shipment and can't manually do it.

I request you to fix those bugs so that sellers multiple jobs reduces. ---------------
