It is hell of exprience by doing sellership on ebay.
They Just only here for fees nothing else no service no customer care nothing since from starting ebay customer care cannot able to solve my 1 Problem.
One of buyer gave negative rating because we did not ship the product for FREE and ebay cannot do anything about it.
Story summary is
One buyer purchase the product and product delivered.Which buyer denied.We have a POD which contain company stamp. He knows our policy that if product not delivred we send new product for free. He misuse it and ebay cannot do anything.After 2 month of follow up we finally contact ebay that might this buyer gave us negative rating kindly see.Ebay did not do anything.
Now he gave negative we contact ebay.There is light first time the executive show positive sign. And next one blow it off he said sorry he cannot do anything contact ODR... WHY HELL WE CONTACT ODR AND WHO IS ODR paying Rs.500 for wrong thing which happen to us
IS EBAY IS NOT RESPOSIBLE TO THERE COMMUNITY,
IS EBAY ONLY HERE FOR FEES Nothing ELSE,
WE STAY 1 YEAR BUT NOW OUR PATIANCE IS OVER WE CANNOT TOLERATE THIS KIND OF SERVICE THIS IS OFFICAL STATMENT WEATHER EBAY CARE OR NOT
WE WILL GOING TO REMOVE OURSELF IN 2 MONTH FROM NOW ONWARDS.
DO NOT TAKE THIS A THREAT ONLY. IT WILL GOING TO HAPPEN WHY TO STAY ON PROTAL WHO DID NOT CARE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS.
JUST THEY ARE HERE TO EAT MONEY
