Very poor. I rung customer care 8 times and talked to them 30 min each time(including waiting time) with no result.I received an unpaid item mark for their mistake.But they couldn't remove it despite promising me that it's been removed.All they could do is to innore my calls and keep calling, texting & emailing me regarding the 100 rupees unpaid item.I tried to buy a laptop and a printer.But payment wasn't going through. Customer care guys are not interested in solving this issue.I am trying to fix this problem since one month. They said that the problem is escalated to the right department. But no help yet. More problems.I have a feedback score of 213 ,100% positive.I have dealt with ebay UK, US, Australia & China and the experience was good.But I am having problems with ebay India. I regret the hours I have wasted with Paisapay and ebay India.
I buy everything via ebay in Australia.I have purchased from ebay India from the same card before.So I trusted ebay and thought I would do some shopping right(for my dad) from home while on holidays.
Ebay India, please teach your employees how to look after your customers and how to fix problems like this.
