Not recieved refund

Dear Sir,

I have purchase badminton racket on 20th august.
My paisa pay ID is 31938970434. Seller unable to deliver item to given address and in website status shows amount refunded. But still I have not recieved my refund in my bank account.

Kindly look into it and made refund.

It means eBay has given instruction to their bank to transfer the money to your bank. It seems the banks are taking time. I'm sure you will receive it soon.
