See I have ordered a product on 17 dec by applying a 10 percent coupon but the order got cancelled automatically due to delay by seller for delivery. Then your customer service department representative told me to order again and he will send me the coupon code again but now your customer service executive is denying to send anty copuon. This sort of false commitment was not expected at least from e bay. Kindly look in to the matter and send me my 10% coupon again as committed by you. ThNx. Eagerly wait for your reply
