I purchased Samsung Wave2 for 15,350/- on April 29th for which I applied promo code HOTDEALZ05 for Imation 320GB HDD free. I've not received Imation HDD till now neither got any communication from eBay. Could you please provide me details for same ?

I am also a victim of Ebay's fake promotional gifts which are just to lure customers. Its almost 2 months and havent received the gift yet.
Also the customer care is pathetic. Each time they give me a reply that you would receive the gift in 45 days even when 45 days have passed.

I guess they are just copying and pasting the replies.

Hi,

I am supposed to receive a free Acer 320GB HDD, but I have not yet received the same. This was on an offer on which a purchase above 15K, with a certain promotional code will give you free Acer HDD. The product that I brought, has been shipped to me, but I have not received the free gift (Acer HDD) yet. Can you Please update me on he same.
